About this event

Georgia Rose Murray uses the language of painting to explore the mystical reality of far Northern and winter landscapes. Her investigations in conjunction with scientists, have led her to Iceland in winter, Svalbard and even further north to witness, record and interpret the impact on these stunning landscapes of climate change. The results are beautiful, moving artworks. You can find out more about her creative journey on her website.

This lecture and discussion session is a preliminary for those taking part in the weekend workshop on 1/2 February, but the evening session is also open to others who are not involved in the weekend but are interested in finding out more about Georgia’s work.
