Throughout 2021 a lot of en plain air sketchbook drawing and painting was happening in and around The Cairngorm national park where Georgia was based at the time.
Much of the work she did inside her studio involved expressive painting on wafer thin newsprint- playing with collaging layers of lithographic prints of the Arctic Ocean and black ink paintings of Arctic and Chinese landscapes. Meanwhile she continued working on a lot of colourful, big, new oil-based paintings:
